Rules

Not so much rules, but information you will need for posting/reading/buying/selling.

Items for sale are only hosted by PHR. We make no warranty explicit/implied for the item(s) sold on our ad system. Any warranty is agreed upon by the seller and purchaser only. We are only the middle man just tryin to help out.
Pool Hall information is only as current as what is posted/submitted to the ad system. Specials, hours or even being in business is not something we can control. Again, we are only the middle man in this. We do hope that any information that is posted here is up-to-date and accurate, but we only know what is fed to us via submissions to the system.
Tournament information (poker/pool) is, again, only as accurate as the ad posted. Any changes are solely up the owner/operator of the tournament. Call the establishment for further details. Also, if something changes, let us know. We will gladly contact the hall and verify information. Middle man... yada yada yada.
Cue Repair services are conducted by the respective advertiser. Any warranty or guarantee of product performance or lifecycle are strictly the service providers.
Adding ANY event to PHR's ad system is your declaration of its accuracy and legitimacy. Since we offer this for FREE as a service to the billiard parlor public and poker players, we encourage you to use the system for its designed purpose: Posting of legitimate information. We will periodically review submissions and ask for verification if something doesn't seem right. We are kinda like a mother; we've been through it and have done it already. We will catch it. So, don't try to pull the wool over our eyes. Really, my mom could see fear in my eyes from 3 miles away. Smell it from four. I'm 32 and still tremble.
Absolutely NO racial/ethnic/religous remarks. NO cussing in your ads.; i.e. "Holy Sh**, my 9-ball tourney is the f***ing sh**!" You get the idea. We aren't 15. Neither are you (maybe, we dont restrict on age). So, be courteous, friendly and respectful.
No pornography (pr0n, p0rn for you young'uns) in your images. This shouldn't have to be said, but I know about 8 people off the top of my head that are reading this right now and looking for a picture to post. Really. Their mind works like this. I'm watching them close. Any misuse of our ad system for images fitting the description of pornography will be forever banned, a Scarlett Letter attached to their shirt and I will personally drive to your hall and post photocopies of your ad all over the hall with your name on it. Keep in mind: I like to drive and find places to play pool. So, I will do it.
Lastly, enjoy your visit. Look around and read some info. We are trying to make this a great place for players of all kinds to visit.
